How can i track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number

Shipping
Please allow up to 2 days for order processing. Please note that Jaymin Jewelers do not ship to PO box addresses. Once we pack and ship, we will provide your shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking number. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, USPS delivery time may take longer than normal.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return the product from the date you received it.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the products. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please note that we will not process a refund request after 7days. We will process your refund through your original form of payment within 2weeks after we receive the product.
